The first watch, a $30.00 item, had a dead battery. The second watch, an $8.00 item, has an alarm feature that does not turn off. I called the seller and the person who answered the phone was very rude -- a woman with a New Jersey accent. Finally I got her to send a replacement battery for the first watch. After waiting another week for it to arrive I opened the watch to replace the battery only to find they had sent the wrong one.
