This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a loan company. I started my loan with Citi Financial, and never ever had a problem with them. I came back from a deployment to find my account was with this company now.. I called immediately to find out who they were and I spent 30 mins getting details- I was upset at first bc the first person I ever spoke to thought it was a BENEFIT to me that they weren't reporting me to credit agencies-- the ONE thing I've owned, and never missed a payment on?
