I went to a outback in Sanford Florida and order their 6 oz sirloin. the server brought out a plate with a flat iron steak on it. How do I know? I'm a butcher by trade;. when I told the server I ordered a sirloin steak she insisted that it was, but was unable to explain to me what it should look like?.
