My mother in law ordered favors for my baby shower on 06/05/11 and was guaranteed they would arrive by 06/25/11. Never did, one week after the baby shower passed not even a phone call or email to let us know the status. They do not answer phone and never respond to emails. I got to chat with them 3x, chatted with Carlos Monatana and John Reed. Today chatted with them (07/01/11) letting me know that my mother in law would get her money back.
