I have a 2 year old son who I have been recieving food stamps and medicaid for along with my self since he was born. well me n my husband got married ( he is not my sons biological father). We ended up living at my mother and father in laws house because my husband lost his job. Well dcf cut off my foodstamps saying that since my husband is under 22 (he is 21) he was still considered a child in his mothers house and they cant approve us for anything not even my son.
