I recently tried to place an order on line with harriet carter..I tried to place it using my paypal account but it was refused. I think because one of the items had a price of $0.00. I then tried my credit card and it was also a no go..so to make sure it would not accidentally be billed I hit "cancel" . On the following Monday, I received an email that said "did you forget something?"
