Sears has no regard for their customer base. On several occasions I've scheduled appt's for my washer to be repaired. They open book, 8am to 5pm, not regarding the customers needs. They don't show up because they overbook, and do not call. Customer service representatives and supervisors clearly don't have the authority to appropriately manage a mismanaged situation.
