I have been trying to get a treadmill fixed for over three weeks. Customer Service stated that I needed to have a technician to come out and replace the part. I requested that the technician bring the part. This did not happen. The technician and I had a heated debate about the part not be broken. I guess the part being in two pieces is just not mcuh of a clue that the part was broken.
