PC Richards has worst service I've ever experienced. Store phone service defers to promising manager phone back; they never phone back. Told my salesperson is on vacation. Told manager is on vacation. Took day off of work for promised delivery;. After waiting and phoning, I was told that told product was out of stock!. Next delivery appointment: Insurance papers not filed'. I had phoned store repeatedly telling them to send papers/. Spent a morning getting papers for third delivery?. Took another day off of work?.
