I won 5 items on savebig.com and only received 4 in the mail;. I emailed them at first before i received my 4 items and was told that they have to check with shipping!. They then credited me with 30 free bids|. Then when I received only 4 out of 5 items in the mail, I emailed them and they wrote back that they will check with upper management:. They then upped my bid count up to 170|. I don't want to bid anymore I want my missing $25 gift card'. Four days later and still no answer from upper management, . Class action?
