I paid around $400 for this 4 years ago. I've had it repaired twice, spent $300 on repairs, and it's broken again! The company suggests I drive an hour to their service center, where they will fix it for me for another charge!!! The customer service rep offered no help at all, said a supervisor would say the same thing as she did, the product is out of warranty, and I'm out of luck!
