Ordered 20 custom silicone wristbands as an end of soccer season gift for U12 soccer team. Paid extra to expedite manufacture and shipping both by two days which should've put the order in on Thursday. Called on Tuesday to confirm the order, landed in customer service queue. Was caller 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then a hangup - 8 times before I resorted to online chat. In chat was assured of Friday delivery in time for my Saturday event but Friday came and no gifts - customer service told me they'll arrive on Monday, which means 20 disappointed 11-12 year olds after their last game of the season on Saturday. read full review »
