Sirius may have decent music selection, but their customer service is beyond horrible. They have you on hold on average of 40 minutes with horrendous elevator music. When someone finally answered my call, I asked if they were short staffed. She said "No. A 40 to 60 minute wait time is acceptable to them". No way! read full review »
