I received mail for Ben Merritt from EOS CCA on 7/02/2011. The correspondence was mailed to 1836 Maryland Avenue, Eden, NC, 27288 and stated that EOS was trying to collect a past due amount of over $1000.00 for Verizon Wireless. I am divorced from Ben Merritt and am not responsible for payment of his bills. My ex-husband lives in Live Oak, Florida not Eden, NC and has lived there for over 4 years.
