Complaint #1 : Online Booking charge to Kochi : BD 245 Bahrain air office charge to Kochi : BD 201. How come? From your customer contact number, 17333777 on Friday night and on Sunday morning they informed that it is a system problem, and online charge is only 196 BD, and informed me to send a complaint to customer care.
