The second PC I purchased, after 13 years of living with and older, frustrating model from another manufacturer. The first one I bought (after my spouse's death) had a bad motherboard. I had to take it back about 50 miles to the vendor, and get a replacement. I did not relize it at the time, but the write head on this one's drive is defective, and I did not find this out until after the warranty had expired. Repeated e-mails to the manufacturer have brought no response at all. If you're in the market for a new PC, you would be well advised to avoid this brand. read full review »
