We ordered a pool reel, canceled within 24 hours. The reel was then shipped after we cancelled, our credit card was charged the full amount and no refund for 3 months. The refund was less shipping and 25% restocking. So we paid $45 to return unopened and then were charged $44 for their shipping plus $85 to restock what shouldn't have been shipped in the first place!
