Services was disconnected because I still owed 60 bucks since tues, I called on Friday to find out what all I owed because I knew they had a reconnect fee. The lady(which I didn't get her name) told me I had a balance of zero n its gonna be 35 to reconnect & that I had a credit of 100, so I'm like well if I had a credit why r my lights off??? Why not take da 60 I owe 4rm the credit? Anyway she said it will b 35 to reconnect so that will bring my credit down to 60. She said it takes 24hrs to get services back on.
