My first encounter with Dicks was when I purchased rain jackets for my girls online. The didn't fit right so I tried to return them to the store. The manager was very unsympathetic, not willing to be helpful and flat out said we can't take online merchandise. I thought that was a little funny because all other stores that have online shopping will take returns at their store.
