Bought a mattress from Art Van about a year ago on credit, make payments on-line. Payments are due around the 17th of each month. Made payment for Dec. in late November. Just got my bill with a $25.00 late payment even though I payed early. Called and they checked and I was paid up but still would not reverse the late payment.
