Fresh Direct never delivered my New Year's eve order for a party and never called to let me know they weren't coming. I waited, and they never showed up, I tried to contact them by phone (on hold for 1 hour) and emailed their customer service department to no avail.The prices are too high; the selections aren't great; and since they can't be relied on to deliver, they aren't even convenient. read full review »
