I received an item from Piperlime from a friend for Christmas. Being out of my normal taste, I called the company to confirm that if I checked "return as a gift only" and wrote on there "gift card only" that I would get exchange for a gift card without my friend being told. Even with all these precautions, she was still sent a refund, and an email notifying her of her "refund". I'm really displeased with the customer service obviously misleading me, and will never order a gift from here. read full review »
