Some of the statements in this complaint are misleading. Such as the one about the steel not being setback correctly. In fact the customers survey was incorrect. The survey was incorrect when initially presented to us with respect to the location of the fence. The customer even had it changed to reflect a different location. This created one of the myriad of problems with the permit process. The customer speaks to the 2 year period since the contract was signed.
