Terrible customer service, just imagine they don't have a phone number listed, just an email which apparently no one is answering. I placed an order with them on 6.5.11 and it's 7.2.11 and it has not even shipped. The ship date kept getting changed until finally the status changed to "in process", but to no use because my items have been in process far too long.
