The young people employed by SpringMasters were friendly, professional and efficient. My complaint is not with them at all, but with the service. I paid in late April for aeration, dethatching and the dethatching upgrade which involves overseeding. The salesman performed the aeriation on the spot. He promised the dethatching and overseeding would take place within two weeks. I wanted only my front lawn done - it is 30x40. Small, to say the least.
