Dear Sir, I've been trying to contact a customer care executive for the past 4 days. I've called on noth the 121 and 198 number from my airtel landline and am yet to be connected. The automated interface tells me that it is going to forward my call or connect it and after waiting for 1 minute to be connected it becomes blank and I don't get connected to any of your executives even after waiting for 15 minutes after that.
