Two weeks back i had to submit my Nokia N-8 to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE MULTAN in CHEN ONE TOWER for a problem. The lady who was dealing with the customers proved to be extremly rude and insolent. She did not seem to have a slight sense of customer care. She did not bother to listen to me in detail and cut me off while i was trying to brief her about my concern/probmen.
