PC Richards sells products it knows are unreliable but makes big markup on product it knows are crap. LG appliances are garbage go see LG complaints online. The LG refrigerator they sold is crap there was intermittent banging noises from motor day or so after receiving item then 6 months later it broke we lost hundreds of dollars of food and PC serviceman took 4 days to come.
