I have a cellular phone with US cellular and insurance with signal insurance that covers the phone. My cellular phone went out and I contacted signal insurance for a replacement. I was told to send them $60 for the replacement phone, which I did. The phone was sent to me and I sent the broken phone back. Well I immediately noticed that the phone was scratched and looked to be a used phone. After one week of use, the phone goes completely out, which really upset me in the worst kind of way.
