Enclosed you will find a copy of a Water Analysis as of Friday, March 17, 2008 two days after your representative serviced our Spa, and picture's of our Spa deterioration over the last three years. Our Spa was constructed by Blue Haven Pools three years ago. We were told by Blue Haven Pools that we would be covered for any damages for a total of three years if we took your services.
