In April 2011, I purchased some furntiure w/ delivery & setup- daybed & 6 dining room chairs. I paid with a cc. The items were ordered & would be available in 2-3 weeks and could be delevered, which I paid for at the time of purchase. The items were in within the time frame promised, actually probably a bit earlier, the store called & left a msg to call to arrange pickup. I called & asked for a Saturday early morning delivery.
