First of all I have never dealt with a company that won't return you phone calls when you need questions answered. I had a tax escrow problem and I called for months and months no-one would return my phone calls. They make mistakes to your account and hold you liable for it. They send out monthly statements with the incorrect dates on them making it look like you are 2 months or more behind on your payments. I have never dealt with such a company like this. I'm not sure if they know what they are doing!!! They have been sending me foreclosure letters stating I am almost 3-months behind on my payments and I have not missed any payments!! read full review »
