They stole the money from my account when I never accepted an offer. The credit union I go through does not return my checks for NSF, they pay it then assess me the $30 on top of it. I did not order this service, I never authorized any funds to be withdrawn from my account and I feel that with the myriad of complaints the MI Attorney General should revoke their license to conduct business in the state of Michigan. Obviously since this practice appears to be normal for this company they should be prosecuted. And I do mean to the fullest extent of the law. read full review »
