I joined, then tried to access info in two cities; the website kept defaulting to an incorrect page. I called the 1-888 number to no avail - no one answered. I spoke today with a rude and condescending rep; 'I know that we always answer the phone and have lots of receptionists so you must have been dialing a wrong numberbut that's OK, I'll help you anyway'.
