Ordered a $300 PC tower from coole-hardware.de on ebay. After waiting for a month send them messages asking for the explanation, why does it take so long. Received a message in reply: hi, we must check were is the item. - coole-hardware Waited for another 3 days, no additional information has been received. Wrote them again and filled the complaint with PayPal and ebay. They were given two weeks to respond. No respond. Finally PayPal issued a refund. So month and half were lost, no item received and complete ignore of the clients. Beware and stay away from coole-hardware.de! read full review »
