After being a subscriber for less than one month I terminated faxmicro service. Their requirement for cancellation is using their cancellation form and faxing it to them. In the first place it is almost impossible to find. I logged on to their on-line chat with tech support and was given an incorrect link two times to get the cancellation form. I also asked the tech support to email me the form which was promised but was never received. Frustrated I searched and searched their site until I actually found the form.
