I own a small business and needed merchant services to run credit/debit payments. I was approached by the representative, given the sales pitch, and promised a $250.00 bonus for signing up with the POS system. I was also told that if I didn't want to continue with the system I could always trade it out with the standard unit. Well... after I discovered that my building was n ot equipped to house the POS system I then tried to contact the merchant services who sold me on the idea of the sysytem. No response.
