I have complied with all their requirements and faxed in my paperwork several times, even dropped it off (I have a copy of an intake form). My documents are not showing up in their system and my case keeps getting denied. No big deal, if this hasn't been going on for 3 months. I send in the paystubs weekly since I get paid weekly, sometimes even twice a week just to make sure they receive it .
