I ordered a product that clearly indicated that it was IN STOCK. After purchasing, I was informed that it was back ordered. I said to the 'customer service' rep that if I couldn't receive it before Christmas then I wanted to cancel my order. Two days ago I received an email that my order had been shipped! After a complete lack of response to an email AND a voice mail, the company finally responded when I filled out the 'contact us' form on their website.
