I ordered 3 custom blinds online. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email saying that my card was charged and I the blinds will ship in 1-3 days. One week passed, then two, then three. After being hung up on by customer service, they explained to me that the color was not available and I quote verbatim, "The email explaining that the color was not available was forwarded to management on November 30th, but they blew it off."
