My husband purchased earring for our anniversary. He used his zales card as they offered 0% interest for 12 months. What they failed to mention was that there as a 9.95 fee for selecting this promotion. Are you kidding? When we contacted customer service via the website to reverse the charge, they stated he was informed at the time of purchase and it's on the back of the receipt.
