We are having a possible sinkhole in our house. We notified our insurance company(still waiting for their respnse), and we notified Miami Dade Building Department as well. Our house was built in 2004, it is a beautiful almost new house. Miami Dade sent James Ferguson as inspector...results we are in violation that our house is falling apart, and we are responsible for demolish it.
