The week of Christmas, I hadn't received it, so I tried to call Bowflex. After being on hold for 20 minutes, 3 times that day, I left a call-back number, however I didn't hear from them. On the Wednesday before Christmas, instead of pressing the response for already placing the order and checking on my order status, I pressed the "New order" response, and got through.
