I sent it back to the Future Shop with a receipt to get a new one. They said, "No, we have to send it to the manufacturer to get it fixed. They sent it in and Phone Mate sent it back without fixing it. Some Warranty!!! They don't even give you a phone number to get in contact with them!!! At this point, I don't even care about the money. It is the service that is driving me NUTS. read full review »
