The only attenandant in this office was "Dan". very rude. Enterprise is known for delivering the rental to you, I called Dan for several times in 5 hours trying to get a rental when my car was in an accident. Dan kept telling me he would call me as soon as he could. (mind you I had already made reservations for the car on-line) DAN NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. at 4pm I called AGAIN and let Dan know that I was stranded at work and would need a rental before 5pm, did I need to make arrangements to pick up the rental at 5 when I got off work... read full review »
