About a year ago I took my defective LS battery into the local LS outlet. It had about 20 mo left on it, and they prorated a 120month battery, charging me about $80. But, instead of getting a new warranty for its LIFE, they only gave me my 20 month warranty. I contacted the store, contacted the corp offices by mail and phone (they disconnect my calls) and got nowheres.
