I wish I had looked into complaints about this Willowbend Pet Boutique before I purchased anything. I bought pet shoes as a Christmas gift and was told I could return them for a smaller size which I did do the following day. Sales person told me she would order smaller size and they would be shipped(shipping was additional $10) to arrive in 7-10 days. Three weeks and numerous phone calls later...no merchandise!) Manager Michelle has cited 2 ship dates but never has a tracking number available. It's incredible to see that the store has conducted business like this for such a long time. read full review »
