I have bought several RC Airplane products from Horizon Hobby. It use to be a place that give great "customer service after the sale"...however...this has changed. Due to an incompetent shipping department, my account has been debited for $193.49 for a plane that I told them to cancel the order...because THEY SAID...they could not deliver it. I only canceled the order because they said the could not deliver it to the address I requested. However, the did debit my bank account and I asked them to call me and return the money...but no one will call me. read full review »
