I would like to preface this survey by stating that I love the Cheesecake Factory and go their anytime I have friends or family come through Charlotte. It was my wish to go there for out our teams company Christmas Dinner and my team agreed. We had about 20 people both co-workers and family coming. We made a reservation and were excited about going, even though the weather was horrible, traffic was worse not to mention the Cheesecake Factory is located at the Mall and its Christmas time.
