The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. We were promised our wedding photos in 1 month, after 3 months of not returning my calls and e-mails the owner, Rick, explained some marital problems were the reason nothing had been done yet. 4 months later we received our photos on DVD, which were “OK” at best. Rick had promised he was going to order our album that went with the package (Princess Package) after we received our DVD, which is strange… you would think you get everything at once.
